For one night only, Chef James Wambui invites just 35 guests to experience Fire & White Roofs, a deeply personal seven-act culinary journey from his grandmother’s kitchen in Kenya to the Bermuda he now calls home.
 
Through live-fire cooking, storytelling and unexpected moments throughout the evening, James brings the flavours and memories of his African heritage together with the ingredients and traditions that have shaped his life in Bermuda. Each course reveals another chapter of a story about inheritance, journey and finding home.
