Andrea Dismont Trott is a trauma-informed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher certified under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, a Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, and forest bathing guide. A breast cancer survivor, she has practiced insight and loving-kindness meditation for over 35 years. Her mission is to help alleviate suffering by guiding others back to their innate joy.
