21 May — Roots Reimagined
Beethoven — String Quartet in A Major, Op. 18 No. 5
Reena Esmail — Ragamala
Grieg — String Quartet No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 27
 
A program tracing tradition and transformation, from Beethoven’s classical clarity to Reena Esmail’s cross cultural sound world, culminating in Grieg’s sweeping and passionate quartet. Featuring the Callisto Quartet, an internationally acclaimed ensemble known for their expressive depth and refined ensemble playing.
 
23 May — Viennese Masterworks
Mozart — String Quartet in C Major, K. 465 “Dissonance”
Schubert — String Quintet in C Major, D. 956
 
Two pillars of the Viennese repertoire: Mozart’s daring and innovative “Dissonance” Quartet and Schubert’s transcendent C Major Quintet. The Callisto Quartet is joined by cellist Isaiah Pennington for this expansive and deeply moving masterpiece.
  
4 June — French Connection
Clémence de Grandval — Trio de Salon
Chopin — Cello Sonata in G Minor, Op. 65
Saint-Saëns — Oboe Sonata, Op. 166
Théodore Dubois — Quintette
 
An evening of elegance and color, showcasing French lyricism alongside Romantic brilliance. From intimate salon music to richly textured chamber works, this program highlights the charm and sophistication of the French tradition.
  
11 June — Some Enchanted Evening
Schumann — Fantasiestücke, Op. 73
Mozart — Violin Sonata
Brahms — Piano Quintet in F Minor, Op. 34
 
A program of warmth, intimacy, and drama, moving from Schumann’s poetic miniatures to Mozart’s elegance and culminating in Brahms’s powerful and expansive piano quintet.

Proceeds support the Bermuda School of Music (Charity 483) Bursary Programme.
