The Loren invites you to an extraordinary evening celebrating the artistry, elegance, and heritage of Champagne with our exclusive “Reims to Table” Champagne Dinner & Tasting Experience” in partnership with Waterfront Wines.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Bermuda’s coastline, this intimate event will take guests on a refined culinary journey through the famed Champagne region of Reims, France — home to some of the world’s most celebrated sparkling wines.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy the rare opportunity to meet Clément Wiart of Taittinger Champagne, who will guide the experience with insights into the history, craftsmanship, terroir, and traditions behind one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses. From vineyard to bottle, guests are invited to discover the nuances that make each cuvée unique while engaging in conversation and tasting with one of the region’s passionate ambassadors.
Each Champagne selection will be thoughtfully paired with a specially curated four-course tasting menu created by Chef Jeremy Metz of The Loren. Designed to complement and elevate the character of every pour, the menu will showcase refined seasonal ingredients, elegant presentation, and exceptional flavor combinations inspired by both French technique and coastal sophistication.
