The Bermuda Elite Mental Health & Wellness Challenge invites you to set a goal, prepare with purpose and take your place at the starting line. Whether you are chasing a podium position, testing your endurance or completing your first race event, come ready to make every mile matter.
With Dockyard, Bermuda, as the proposed venue, this event welcomes residents and visitors of all races, nationalities and backgrounds to begin the year with ambition and community spirit.
CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE
5K Run/Walk
Walk with purpose or run for a personal best. Set your pace, commit to the distance and experience the pride of following through.
10K Run
Take on a greater endurance challenge. Bring your preparation, find your rhythm and stay focused as you work toward the finish.
Cycling Race
Bring discipline, strategy and competitive drive to the starting line. The cycling distance and final route will be announced once confirmed.
THE PROPOSED PRIZES
A proposed $500,000 total prize pool will be allocated across 14 cash awards, using the following proposed structure:
8:00am: 5K Run/Walk — $150,000

Dedicated Awards for Competitors with Disabilities — $50,000
This provides nine podium prizes totalling $450,000, plus five dedicated disability awards totalling $50,000.
The podium amounts shown are proposed totals for each event; they are not separate prize pools for every age group or race division. Final categories, eligibility, judging and timing rules, and whether participants may receive more than one award will be published in the official competition rules. Fourteen awards does not necessarily mean fourteen different recipients.

Your experience continues beyond the finish line.
A massage session for after the event is included in your ticket price. Participants will arrange a separate appointment with a participating provider for a time after the event has finished. Take time to relax following your sporting challenge. Provider details, session duration and appointment availability will be announced once confirmed.
Brunch is also included through your participant voucher, with separate reservation arrangements and a planned selection of four participating venues. Choose your preferred option from the confirmed venue list, subject to availability, and celebrate your achievement with good food and company.
Massage and brunch bookings will be arranged separately; confirmed partners, voucher inclusions and reservation instructions will be provided before or after the event.

This event is dedicated to challenging stigma, raising mental health awareness and encouraging a more supportive Bermuda for youth, young adults and adults.
Every participant brings a different story to the starting line. Together, we can encourage open conversations, recognise individual achievements and promote dignity and inclusion for people living with mental health challenges.
